Warranty: We offer an unparalleled warranty on hardware and software: If your system goes down, we will fix it or replace it at no additional charge.

In most cases we can ship replacement hardware within 24 hours. We'll ship you the replacement system (with your data already loaded) with a pre-addressed FedEx return label and you ship the broken unit back to us in the box the new one arrived in. The warranty on directories purchased with an enclosure is two years. When installing one of our component systems in your own enclosure, the warranty is one year. Extended warranties are also available!
