We offer a lifetime warranty on our TouchSource software with no annual software maintenance fees, as well as the longest hardware warranty in the industry. Extended warranty coverage is also available on the equipment for additional peace of mind.

Hardware Warranty: The standard warranty on directories purchased with one of our enclosures is two years. When installing one of our component systems in your own enclosure, the warranty is one year. We also offer extended warranties to help you in smoothing out the budgeting process and in eliminating surprise expenses. If you do experience a problem with your directory while it is under warranty, we will fix it or replace it at no additional charge. After a quick diagnosis over the phone with one of our technical support staff, we can generally ship equipment within 24 hours. Replacement equipment is shipped directly to your site, along with a return label for the failed equipment. This facilitates shorter down-times and eliminates the need to pack and ship your equipment to our location. It's our mission to make sure that your directory remains up and running, and that it is promptly returned to service in the event of a failure.
